OS Mac OS X
Type Application Launcher (utility software)
License Apache License
Quicksilver (localized as Quıcĸsıɩⅴεʀ) is a computer utility software program for Mac OS X, made by Blacktree Software and distributed freely. It allows users to use the keyboard to rapidly perform tasks such as launching applications, manipulating files and data, running scripts, or sending e-mail. It is similar to the Mac OS X applications LaunchBar and Butler, but uses a different interaction paradigm. Although it is a complex application, it is centered on a very simple three-panel interface, called the 'command window': the user performs complex tasks using simple, configurable key-combinations."

updating my WinXP sp3 virtual machine which I use for Family Tree Maker 16
Upgrade to new AVG 8.5
AVG helps you stay safe while you shop, bank online, watch videos, search or surf the web, download music, documents and pictures, and email or chat. Every document or file you download, every web page or link you click on, is scanned by AVG before you open it. Unlike other security products, we stop the threats before they reach your hard drive and become a problem. Safe internet surfing is now possible.

Finally I got Family Tree Maker 2009 at the WDYTYA live show.
the first installation failed because I tried to collect the update before running the program
Uninstalling also partially failed and I had to manually delete the folder containing about 15 files and the desktop short cut, in both cases I got a message that the FTM file was not properly closed last time and should be compacted.
Finally I have version 18.104.22.1685 product code 036507F00
22.214.171.1245 - Google Search tells me that it was SP 1 I collected
Family Tree Maker 2009 home pages by Ancestry.com
but I still cannot find a family view compatable with the basic data entry page of FTM 16
